You will pay your security deposit before move in. Once this is complete, you will pay the membership fee, set up your utility contracts and sign your occupancy agreement.

Members don’t often move out of Cambridge New Hope so it may take some time to get into the co-op. Typically approved applicants are offered a unit on a first come, first served basis unless there are extenuating circumstances.
